Bio: Owner & Founder of The New England Agency, Amanda is an organizational psychologist with over 12+ years of experience as a human resource/operations generalist helping organizations operate efficiently to promote an environment of success.
Amanda is a third-generation small business owner. Outside her work at The New England Agency, she is an adjunct HR professor and IAPMD board member.

Certifications: Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional, Psychological Safety within The Workplace Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Facilitator, and Career Coach.
